How do I post a listing for free?
After registering and logging in, click the "Post" button at the top of the page or homepage, choose a category (Housing, Jobs, Secondhand, Services, etc.), fill in the title, description, price and contact info, upload photos and submit. Posting is completely free. You can manage your posts anytime under Member Center > My Posts.
How soon will my listing go live?
Auto-review is enabled by default, so most listings go live immediately. Some sensitive categories (e.g. immigration, education) or listings that trigger risk rules may require manual review, usually completed within 1 business day. Check the status in Member Center > My Posts.
Is posting free? Are there paid promotion options?
Basic posting is completely free. For faster exposure, you can use the "Featured" or "Urgent" promotion services to rank your listing higher in search results. Fees can be paid via balance, card (Stripe) or crypto (USDT/USDC).
How do I edit, take down or delete a listing?
Log in and go to Member Center > My Posts. Click "Edit", "Take Down" or "Delete" on the target listing. Taken-down listings are hidden from the frontend and can be relisted anytime without reposting.
What should I do if I find fake or scam listings?
Never send deposits or share sensitive information such as bank cards with strangers. If you find fake, abusive or scam listings, click "Report" on the listing detail page or contact support with the link. We will verify promptly and ban accounts with serious violations.
How do I contact the poster of a listing?
Each listing detail page shows the contact info left by the poster (phone, WeChat, email, etc.). Reach out via the provided contact method and always protect your personal and financial information. Prefer in-person deals or secured payment methods.
What payment and top-up methods are supported?
Member top-ups and paid services accept cards (Stripe), PayPal and crypto USDT/USDC on both ETH and BSC networks. Once topped up, your balance can pay for featured listings and ads. Transaction details are available under Member Center > Finance.
How can I advertise on the website?
We offer homepage banners, category page placements and post detail page ads, billed weekly. Visit the Advertising page (/ads-price) for pricing and positions, or contact our ad team for custom packages and discounts.
Which countries and cities does the website cover?
We serve the global Chinese community, currently focusing on major North American cities such as Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, with more cities opening soon. Select your city when posting so local users can find and contact you easily.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email. A reset link will be sent to your inbox; follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact support for help.
