ActionNYC is a free immigration legal assistance program sponsored by the City of New York. Regardless of your immigration status, you can receive safe, confidential, and comprehensive legal screenings to find out whether you are eligible for relevant immigration benefits.

The program has consultation sites at community organizations, hospitals, and schools, and offers multilingual services with full confidentiality. In addition to legal screenings, it provides legal help and case referrals for the following:

• Citizenship applications
• Green card applications and renewals
• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
• Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
• Other immigration-related matters
