The Immigrant Justice Corps (IJC) is an innovative fellowship program that places law school graduates in prominent nonprofit organizations in New York City to provide professional, free legal services to immigrant communities.
Our services cover a wide range, including:
- Adjustment of status
- Asylum applications
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Employment authorization card applications
- Family-based immigrant visa petitions
- Naturalization
- Removal (deportation) hearings
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
