[About Us] Melbourne PhoneTop chain mobile phone store, due to business expansion, is recruiting sales staff, sales consultants, cashiers, and store managers. Work locations are flexible, covering three areas: Blackburn, Clayton, and Rowville.

[Salary and Benefits]

• Hourly rate $20-$30 (depending on experience), legal wages + Super + annual leave;
• Uncapped commission: $15 per SIM Only phone plan, $50 per phone contract/NBN broadband. The more contracts signed, the higher the income!

[Job Requirements]

• Responsible work ethic, good service attitude;
• Fluent English preferred (mainly serving local customers);
• Sales or phone plan experience preferred; training provided for those without experience;
• Priority given to those living near Box Hill/Burwood;
• Must have a car, hold a valid visa for more than one year, and be able to work steadily for at least one year.

[Additional Requirements for Store Manager]

• Minimum 1 year experience in the mobile phone industry, familiar with sales processes, able to lead new staff.
