The Spanish Chinese Legal Association (ACDSpain) is a non-profit organization of a legal and academic nature, aiming to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Spain in the legal field, and serving as an institutional platform for the development of the Chinese community residing in Spain in legal research, legal dissemination, and legal practice.

The association actively promotes exchanges and dialogue among legal professionals, public institutions, and social organizations, fosters legal training and academic research, and carries out diverse activities. It is committed to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Chinese community, while also strengthening its legal and social integration into Spanish society, thereby promoting mutual understanding between China and Spain and contributing to the establishment of stable, constructive, and sustainable bilateral relations.
