• The Ministry of Justice of Thailand was formally established in B.E. 2534 (1991 AD), pursuant to the Ministry of Justice Organization Act (พระราชบัญญัติปรับปรุงกระทรวง ทบวง กรม พ.ศ. 2534). Its predecessor can be traced back to the Judicial Commission (คณะกรรมการตุลาการ) established after the Siamese Revolution in B.E. 2475 (1932).
