Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF) is a national nonprofit organization headquartered in New York, founded in 1974, dedicated to protecting and promoting the civil rights of Asian Americans.

Through a combination of litigation, advocacy, education, and community mobilization, we work closely with Asian American communities across the country to ensure that everyone enjoys human rights and fair treatment.

The organization also provides free legal consultation services for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), helping eligible applicants successfully complete the relevant procedures.
